Job Description
Ritter Insurance Marketing is looking for a Sales Representative to add to our growing Under-65 Health team! This position offers a hybrid work-from-home schedule upon completion of training.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing knowledgeable health insurance product support to agents and agencies via phone and email within assigned territory.
- Taking incoming calls with product questions within assigned territory.
- Building relationships with agents via phone, email, and face to face interactions.
- Conducting regular outreach phone and email outreaches, focusing on increasing current agent engagement and production.
- Providing information and recommendations on strong products in agent’s area.
- Assisting with developing and presenting marketing content used for agent recruitment and training.
- Attending carrier events, trainings, and webinars as required.
- Minimal regional travel is required during our busy season.
Skills / Requirements
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Relationship building and business development skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with and the ability to learn proprietary systems
- Prior experience in a sales field
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Active Health Insurance License is a bonus
