Ritter Insurance Marketing is looking for a Sales Representative to add to our growing Under-65 Health team! This position offers a hybrid work-from-home schedule upon completion of training.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing knowledgeable health insurance product support to agents and agencies via phone and email within assigned territory.
  • Taking incoming calls with product questions within assigned territory.
  • Building relationships with agents via phone, email, and face to face interactions. 
  • Conducting regular outreach phone and email outreaches, focusing on increasing current agent engagement and production.
  • Providing information and recommendations on strong products in agent’s area.
  • Assisting with developing and presenting marketing content used for agent recruitment and training.
  • Attending carrier events, trainings, and webinars as required. 
  • Minimal regional travel is required during our busy season. 

Skills / Requirements

  • Highly motivated and eager to learn
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Relationship building and business development skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with and the ability to learn proprietary systems
  • Prior experience in a sales field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Active Health Insurance License is a bonus
