Job Description

We are looking for a enthusiastic, personable Receptionist to join our growing team!

       Job Requirements:

  • Answers incoming phone calls via a multiline switchboard.
  • Gathers information from each caller to correctly transfer the call to the applicable individual.
  • Takes messages as necessary and/or transfers the caller to voicemail.
  • Handles basic customer questions as needed.
  • Creates and assigns Service Requests (SRs) as necessary to address customer needs and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Retrieves and forwards voicemail from the general mailbox.
  • Greets in-person visitors in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Informs individuals when visitors have arrived and directs visitors as required.
  • Provide superior service to all visitors should they need to wait in the lobby or common office area.
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes all incoming mail and packages.
  • Processes outgoing mail including UPSP, FedEx, and UPS packages as needed.
  • Orders general office supplies and restocks the supply area regularly.
  • Keeps conference rooms neat and organized.
  • Cleans up common areas as required.
  • Distributes incoming faxes as needed.
  • Makes copies as needed.
  • Files as needed.

       Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  
  • Basic understanding of phone systems and computer systems.  
  • Experience with Microsoft Office preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good computer and typing skills.
  • Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including email, copy machine, scanner, fax machine, and telephone.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
  • Extremely pleasant demeanor.
