Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Quality Analyst to join our growing team! This position offers a hybrid work-from-home schedule upon completion of training. 

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Auditing department workload and assignments
  • Conducting weekly performance reviews with Broker Operations staff
  • Conducting and monitoring various cross-training assignments among the team
  • Providing recommendations to supervisory team on how to better fulfill team and organizational goals
  • Providing superior customer service to agents via phone and email
  • Creating Service Requests as needed to track agents' requests
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Skills / Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High quality data entry skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel is required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn proprietary computer systems
  • Superior attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Attention to compliance measures
  • "Team player" mentality
  • Professional communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship
