Job Description

We are looking for driven licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our direct-to-consumer inbound call center. This position offers a hybrid work-from-home schedule upon completion of training.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional service and insurance solutions to new and current customers seeking Medicare health coverage
  • Provide superior customer support via phone, email, or face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and find appropriate product and service solutions to meet customer needs
  • Provide call back and follow up calls as needed
  • Complete coverage applications for clients during sales calls and/or appointments
  • Work closely with Customer Service team and transfer calls as needed
  • Assist with training new team members as needed

Skills / Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Health insurance license in PA required
  • Minimum of 2 years call center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, are required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
