Job Description

We are looking for driven Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our direct-to-consumer inbound call center!


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional service and insurance solutions to new and current customers seeking Medicare health coverage.
  • Provide superior customer support via phone, email, or face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and find appropriate product and service solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Provide call back and follow up calls as needed.
  • Complete coverage applications for clients during sales calls and/or appointments.
  • Meet all production and quality standards. Complete all required training classes.
  • Work closely with Customer Service team and transfer calls as needed.
  • Assist with training new team members as needed.

 Qualifications include:

  • Health insurance license in PA required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years call center experience preferred.
  • Office experience a plus. 
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is helpful, particularly Medicare. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required. PC skills are required.
