Job Description

We are looking for experienced, driven Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our new direct to consumer inbound call center as Customer Sales Agents.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional service and insurance solutions to new and current customers seeking Medicare and/or ACA Marketplace health coverage.
  • Provide superior customer support via phone, email, or face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and find appropriate product and service solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Provide call back and follow up calls as needed.
  • Complete coverage applications for clients during sales calls and/or appointments.
  • Meet all production and quality standards. Complete all required training classes.
  • Work closely with Customer Service team and transfer calls as needed.
  • Assist with training new team members as needed.

 Qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma required. Associates Degree plus.
  • Health insurance license in PA required.
  • Minimum of 2 years call center experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is helpful, particularly Medicare and ACA Marketplace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required.
