Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Gainesville, GA office!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Assisting Agents with selling insurance products to clients who contact the office via inbound call, email, website, or walk-in.
    • Seeking out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
    • Assuming responsibility to fully understand and use all online services provided by Ritter Insurance Marketing including Medicare Quote Engine, Ritter CRM, Medicareful, Agent Enroll, and Ritter forums.
    • Performing administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals and updates systems as needed.
    • Completing any miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned by management.

              Skills / Requirements

              • Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
              • High school diploma or equivalent is required
              • Prior customer service and/or administrative experience required
              • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
              • Ability to learn proprietary computer systems
              • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
              • Excellent communication skills with emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail
