We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Gainesville, GA office!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Agents with selling insurance products to clients who contact the office via inbound call, email, website, or walk-in.
- Seeking out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
- Assuming responsibility to fully understand and use all online services provided by Ritter Insurance Marketing including Medicare Quote Engine, Ritter CRM, Medicareful, Agent Enroll, and Ritter forums.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals and updates systems as needed.
- Completing any miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned by management.
Skills / Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior customer service and/or administrative experience required
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to learn proprietary computer systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail
